maybe the best way to know what they are, would be to conect them to a circuit ,and try to measure the voltages in plate and cathode ? say make the grid voltages -1v ,-2v, -3v, and see the variation in the plate voltage ?

It appears to have a Philips-type glass seam on top so it should have an etch code near the bottom.
Post a Photo of the codes on the side.
