Hello! Some years ago I bought this multimeter from UNI-T. The problem is that it doesn't go down to 0 when I am trying to measure capacitor. Even if I unplug the cables the value is 1.12nF. On the internet I found the diagram of the device. I am trying to understand if I adjust VR3 from 17 pin I will go to the normal 0. The multimeter has been having this problem since it was new.

Just press the REL button to zero the range.

Doesn't do anything Rel. Comes automatically to 1.12nF.

Usually 1-2 nF is ok, and "Rel" must do "0". If not - something wrong with "Rel" mode.
