Probably no. It is for computer and no phase noise in datasheet.

well another consideration is the actual published double blind thresholds for audibly detecting jitter/clock phase noise - basically no quartz crystal oscillator made will have 100 ns jitter
so just about any quartz oscillator of the right frequency, output levels will be fine for audio
jitter does affect the output noise specs - DSD, single bit DACs are the most sensitive, full bit depth ladder DACs the least sensitive
the Temp Comp of the frequency really doesn't do anything needed in audio playback either - pitch perception is also much worse than common xtal osc full temp range dF - without added compensation circuitry

Hi JCX,
What I understood from the text (Please correct me if I am wrong) that TXC TA series will do the job
My Application:
AKM AK5394A based ADC for Audio THD measurements.

if a TXC oscillator is what you have, it will work to a very high degree - but the others are correct in that there are lower phase noise/jitter xtal osc, TXC as a class aren't the very best as audio measurement standards
but if you clock both ADC and DAC of your audio test system from the same osc the low frequency, close in phase noise/jitter effects on the measurements are hugely reduced

Hi JCX,
Here in India I am totally dependent on in.element14.com stock. It would be great help if you can suggest crystal from their current stock.

I short listed few of them. Please suggest which one would be suitable

i use xo91 and fox xpresso before. Both are suitable for audio. I prefer xo91 but difference is smal.
