TubelabSE with DN2540?

Hi all!

I thinking of building a TubelabSE with 300b tubes.

Is it possible to change the 10M45 CCS with a DN2540?
Do you have to change R16 (330 ohm) or R17 (1K)?

Yes, the DN2540 will work in the Tubelab SE and the Simple SE. The 330 ohm resistor needs to be adjusted to result in about 10mA of current. I am currently 1200 miles from home so I don't have my notes. I don't remember the value that I used in my amp with the DN2540.

Ok 🙂 How to calculate the value of R16? Or maybe you tubelab can check when you come home?
One more question, can you change the 2SK2700 to 2SK3563 without anymore changes?
