my apologies, what I should have noted was that I'm looking in the $20-25 range...

I've found beautiful Hammond 6" x 4" x 1" boxes, just looking for some more space...

Are you looking for a metal box like the small one just bigger? Hammond makes them up to 17 inches wide. The best place to buy them in "STF Electronics". Good price and free shipping on larger orders type_Document_Title_here

There is a guy who builds them to order for about the same price.
