Time to take care of my hum problem when my TSE (300b) is cold. I have discust this with you here before
but haven't done anything about it.
I will install a new trafo for the heater to the 300b. 5842 will be connected as today.
Thinking like this:
But should my new heater circut be connected to TSE ground? Or should they "live" there own life?

Yes, because the heater is also the cathode on DHTs. I notice you are using the LM317 as a current-regulated power supply. Don't some 300B's have different current requirements on their heaters?
