ciao, I am new of this forum, I am italian, please, forgive my mistakes, it is not very easy to write in english. Time ago I read an email on this forum about transistors installed on the first amp series, like orion, PPI etc. Transistor identification was 2N6488 and 2N6491, can you tell me if they are Bipolar or mosfet ? Thanks.

Those are complimentary-pairs of bi-polars.
