Transformer information needed

Got a large toroidal transformer (close to 40 lbs!) that I can't seem to find info on, was going to see if anyone here has seen it before. The sticker on it is:

Any help would be appreciated!

The 9948 is the date code, year 1999, the 48th month.

I suspect that they'll be able to tell you the leadout and specs on the toroid.
