Can any one tell me the distance for a transformer should be located from a horn tweeter?
I'm using :Selenium HM17-25 1" Bi-Radial Horn 60x40 1-3/8"-18 TPI | Parts-Express.com
and Goldwood GT-400CD Bullet Piezo Horn Driver | Parts-Express.com with a +/- 50vdc toroid transformer. I was going to place it with 1" gap from each other

if the toroid powers the amplifier and that in turn drives six speakers, then why do you need to locate the transformer next to any of those six speakers?
Surely you can get 6inches (150mm) gap from transformer to nearest speaker.

Yes I was going to locate the transformer in the bottom of the tower speaker, just wondering if this will cause any dc voltage loss
........ I was going to place it with 1" gap from each other
have you changed your mind?Yes I was going to locate the transformer in the bottom of the tower speaker,
Was 1", now in the bottom of.
What is the maximum current flowing from the smoothing capacitors?
What is the resistance of the cables connecting the smoothing capacitance to the amplifier?
Now calculate the maximum voltage drop between the smoothing capacitors and the amplifier.
Is there decoupling fitted to the amplifier to meet transient current demand?
