Transformer choice for AudioSector Kit?

Hello, if using the AudioSector LM3875 Dual Mono Classic Kit with a pair of Fostex FE167E fullrange drivers (sensitivity 95dB@8ohms), what would be the better transformer choice?
I was looking at Parts Express and they have a Avel 250va 25v+25V or a 160va 22v+22v. Is the 25volt getting close to not having a safety margin?
