Transformer calculation on 8417

I'm always happy to have someone verify my math.
I'm looking at an OPT for eight 8417 in parallel for 300 watts into 8 ohm secondary.
Primary impedance should be around 1000 ohms ??

Yep about 1k. Hammond do a 1650W @ 280W 1k9 CT you could maybe use the 16R on 8R speaker.
