This vdo caused quite a furor about 2 yrs ago, with the usual 24 hr breaking news style reportage- RPF claimed they will catch these "stuntmen".😛
BTW This vdo seems to be shot between Cotton Green & Ray Road stn. on harbour line were the train speed is around 40KM /hr or less due to close proximity between 2 stn. The guys are probably from Mankhurd-Govandi slum belt & work as hawkers/shop asst. in Masjid area. We have our fare share of these "stuntmen" from Mumbra/Mira Road. We call them "Salim Hatela" 🙂
