I make my first diy soundbar with TPa3116D2 Class D 2.1 Bluetooth 5.0 Amplifier Board 2 x 50W + 100W
and i have problem when i touching knobs hearing some cracks sound from the speaker. When i touch radiator and knobs everything is fine. Can you help me. PLEASE!

Sounds like a ground issue ... check all your connections and take a close inspection of the solder work on your pcb.

What is the chassis material around the amplifier?

Amplifier is not in chasis. It will be in inside of speaker enclosure.
I have same amp which had problem with bluetooth and on that amp all knobs are connected with wire and solder for the board can be that problem?

Yes it can ... if the potentiometer's casings are "floating" hum can be induced from the random electrical charges on our skin.
First what value are the potentiometers, and in particular the volume control?
Second, if they are metal cased it shouldn't be much of a problem to add the wire, like the other one, and solder it to a nearby ground pad.
