can you say what it is you want to know about the TP16? Nanook can show you a better arm for about $2.00. no joke

My mistake I do not have a manual for the TP12. You can have a look at Nanook's thread here

Thank you for the links.I'll have a look.
I had thorens td145 wich had that arm on it.I traded that thorens for td126 mkIII,but the guy didn't want the arm, so I got the 126mkIII and the tp12 from the td145. I wanted to give it to my friend. He has stanton 681eee cartridge, and I wanted to know if the arm and cartridge are a good mach.If not what would be your sugestion?Something good with low price. It doesn't have to be new.

Regarding your TP 12...
I never used one though I had a TP 16. The Thorens and the Stanton are probably ok matches for each other. That said (and I am assuming) the TP 16 (which I have some experience with) is not a good arm. Nanook's arm is a good arm and it is almost free. You can build a 12 inch or longer version of Nanook's arm which will perform along side some of the top dollar arms out there. Not much work as far as a project goes and can be made to look as fancy as you like. Search DIY Unipivots. Good luck.
PS I did spend quite some time searching for info on the TP 12 and found almost nothing, not a good sign. your time would be better spent in a DIY project or another product.
