After being off for several days, my Topping DM7 doesn't power on anymore.
It looks like the main power module doesn't work anymore, but hard to say.
I want to open it up to do a quick see, but I can't get it to open up!
There are two screws at the back panel, abd two at the bottom panel.
After removing the screws, the internal panel can be shifted forward and backward about half an inch, so it is loose.
From online pictures it looks there's a single internal board, plus of course the mains power module.
But I guess I need to remove the front or back panel and I can't find a way to do that.
Anybody can nhelp?

I had a problem opening the E70, it turned out that the Chinese had glued insulating tape along the edges of the back panel.
Also, from the front panel to the mainboard there is a ribbon cable that needs to be removed from the connector to fully remove the mainboard.

Got some progress, the rear panel can be taken off and the single board slides backward.
As you mention, there's a flat cable from the board to the front panel and I can probably disconnet it but unsure if I can reconnect it, hard to reach.
If only the front panel would come off ...
It looks there are two internal hex screws holding the front panel to the case but to reach that I need a 5 inch long allen key from the back side, which this household doen't have.

Took the gambe, disconnceted the flat cable to the front panel from the PCB hoping I can find a way to reconnect later.
The culprit seems to be the AC to DC converter, a Mornsun delivering 5V @ 2A.
At switch-on it outputs 5V but within a second enters hiccupm mode trying to output 5V then shutdown again.
I' ll try to remove it and feed the board from a 5V power supply to see what the current draw is.
