How do you want it to work- delay relay closure or opening or both? Delay starting when switch closes, opens, or when 12V supply is applied? How long do you want the delay to be? What about this one or do you've one yourself? It's very easy. Just add a power supply and a transistor to drive the relay. Difficult, then google for it.
