since I am now the VERY PROUD 😎 owner of a pair of totally re-built pair of Dynaco MkIV's.
My older brother re-designed the whole power and input side of the amps, with fully regulated power supply etc etc.
They sound just SOOOOOO sweet !!! running from a Tascam CD-401 through a Byston 1B pre-amp.
Another convert !!!!!
Pics can be seen at my web site: http://home.iprimus.com.au/gradds/

Hello Andy,
welcome to the tube forum board!
looks beautiful, your Dyna, compliment to your brother! 🙂
Maybe you visit us in the analogue board, too, phono preamps and TTs and stuff .... we have more reason to convert in stock!

New Turntable first !!! Any idea what the Pro-Ject ones are like? They put an Audiotechnica cart in the lower priced ones I believe?
The Bryston has a phone pre-amp built in, i'm assuming it will be good enough for most purposes !!
PPS: anyone interested in the schematics of the updated Dynacos should email me at: gradds@iprimus.com.au
