Hallo!
I am sorry to say that the cabeling of your amp looks a little "wild".
I wonder, that there are no problems with oscillations.
"Wild" wiring can be better for reducing oscillations because there is less coupling between the wires compared to tidy "loomed" bundles. It will also shorten the wire length if it goes directly point to point which may be an advantage.
The disadvantage is of course that it does not look good, and may be more difficult to fault find and repair
Can you please post the schematics or PM me?
hello ,
the build is based to the shéma , only UL to OPT 5 K / 8 Ohms ...
i not use CR to triode ecl 86 for drive the penthode .
not parasite sound to building the hybride bridge ...

Hallo!
I build an amp with the PCL86 and the PY82. The PY82 builds a bridge with two 1N4007.

hello ,

Hallo!
Thanks a lot!
I build a PCL86 amp about 3 years ago, using a "wild" wiring.
That causes very bad oscillations.
I was not able to solve that problem, so i decided to use this time very short cables an do erverything possible to do not get oscillations.

hello ,
me ECL 86 is based to old build to ECC 83 / EL 84 ...
the wire negative ground is connected to noval support and negative HT , i use maximum plane for good T° and not HF for wire to BF ...
the old ECC 83 / EL 84 for good build to 1960' ... so not problèm to oscillation HF .
