Teeny incandescent bulbs?

Per attached, need to find replacement bulbs for a mains switch - diameters of the metal body, and larger flange are 3.0mm, and 4.5mm respectively; length is 9.0mm.

Not sure what these incandescent bulbs are even called (subminiature?); any pointers/help much appreciated...

Bayonet bulb, small.

They are 685 lamps, NOT SBC or Small Bayonet Cap as there are no Bayonet lugs.
