My V2X has serious problems. I will replace the Q501..Q504 like suggested in an other thread but the Capacitors C705 C706 do not look normal anymore. White dirty stuff has come out of the bottom 😎 and it looks like they need replacement as well. The caps are "Gold Cap" 2.3V, 3.3F.
Any idea what kind of capacitors they are (bipolar?) and where can I get them to replace them?

Those are super capacitors. Go to Digi-Key or Mouser or Jameco for replacements.
The rating is 2.3 Volts, 3.3 Farads. That's right, Farads, not microfarads!

This type of capacitor is often used to store digital information in memory when the AC power is disconnected of for long periods of time.
