I have a TEAC T1 transport that's missing a little spring from a toothed edge section on the transport.
This picture shows the two spings that are captured in the white toothed secions at the top nearest the pick-up. The larger spring on the left is fine but I'm missing the small spring on the right. Does anyone have one spare or know where to get one from please?

That spring is there only to tighten up the join between the rotating gear & the gear rack (straight gear), and is very non-critical. It's the same or near enough same spring that comes in every Sony kss150/210/213-style laser's rack, which would be a cheap enough source, but you could even just cut down the length of a ball point pen spring, or just not have a spring. It doesn't do much.
