Hello!
These IC´s, could they be used as a subwoofer amplifier ? I found a site with a schematic and decription of three of these paralelled so i was thinking of paralelling four to make it more symmetric.
What do you think ?

Hello!
Good idea. The caracteristics of this IC are good for this job, but no use them 3 or more SIMPLY parralel !
So: take 4 chip combined parralel and bridgged mode.
Like this.
Bye.

Cannot be done. The sub has two 4 ohm drivers so either 4 of these in paralell to drive 2 ohm or 2x2 to drive 2x4 ohms, 1x400 watts or 2x200 watts.
Now i have bought these ICs, 10 on ebay for £3 each. i hope they arrive next week so i can begin.
Got a broken Yamaha SW105 sub today, and guess what is inside... output side seems powered by a 100W transistor.
