can i use this at dc voltage
if so i have the layout of the board just got a few questions
1st i know the value of the resistors but are the watts of it is .25 or .1\8 w
2nd c5 and c3 are these non polarized caps like the 104
and there is a chinese d2030a also
i have bout 4 of the tda 2030 and 10 of the d2030 can both be used as the same of is the d2030 weaker

what are a list of chip amps that can be power by a dc current can you all post what you know please state min operating voltage an max operating voltage output watts and so on i am using my mobile so please dont post any data sheet i cant veiw any pdf yhanks all in advance
Generally, if the wattage of a resistor is not mentioned in datasheet, schematic, or footnotes, then the mystery resistor is assumed to be 0.25Watt.
A good starter project is the car chip, like these: 12vdc gainclone. <<<Click here to see builds with these.
There is a gigantic list of chips that can all work at 14.8vdc (a car that is running) and conveniently by a Toshiba 15v 90W laptop replacement power cord pack, which are about $9 on ebay. We take the 90W and divide it in half, since no switching technology can survive use at its advertised output, so then 45W power supply, and the car chips do up to 22W per channel to 4 ohm speakers, aka 44 watts. Not bad for a $9 power supply and a $7 chip amp. This is the easiest and lowest cost way to build an amp.

can u tell what C5 c3 are if these caps have a positive and a negative

C5 and C3 are non-polar caps.
P.S.
On polar caps, the stripe is the negative side, so just always point the stripe away from the positive rail--point the stripe towards the most negative rail (stripe towards lowest voltage).
Single rail looks like 1 flashlight battery, super easy to do (also really inexpensive access to SMPS and regulated power).
Split rail looks like the common 2-battery flashlight that has 2 batteries in series, a positive end, a negative end and then centerpoint is 0v.
P.S.
