Sweet spot

After seeing and reading the speach and article on transistor sweet spot i wonder if there is a way to simulate and find this transistor operating point without measuring?

if ( and that's big if) actual transistors models are good , sims are pretty close to physical world

besides that , one need to know what is worth chasing , both absolute performance wise and correlated with personal preferences

In the end, if you are building it I recommend measuring it, as the "sweet spot"
can be a little elusive.

I guess variations in production is difficult to simulate on device level.
