I'm contemplating a project for a compact 4 channel amp with selectable PLLXO for playing with a range FAST type 2 way systems requiring different XO settings.
PE has a couple of interesting SURE 4 channel amp boards of around approx the same rated power and price - TK2050 and TDA7498. Any comments / observations on these 2?
Before recommending a different configuration ( dual stereo or even multiple mono boards) keep in mind that I'm mostly a speaker builder, and after more than a decade of futzing with various tube pre and power amps, approach electronic projects these days with the intention of spending the least time on the bench building or tweaking as possible.
