I have a few boards with the attached schematics. Wanted to build a good DAC with headphone amp, the dac board failed, it is a dead end, but the headphone amplifier is excellent with these power supplies.
Now, I want to make a smaller, surface mount version of the PSU for the SM headphone amp.
Do you guys know a similar design with surface mount components?

It seems it is the best to create my own PCBA design. What do you duys think of the above inserted circuit diagram? Can you recommend any better for the task?

SMD equivalent to Jung's original D44H11 is MJD44H11
D2PAK package has tab to collector, if you make input voltage a large copper pour/plane that will act as heat sink.

Just to give you an inspiration (I got mine from Sjostrom, though PCB design is different). The board size is 39,4*29,4 mm. Have in mind that the schematic values are for 5V output. And, no, I DO NOT SELL anything.
