Hi everyone,
Can you suggest a diy speaker that would be very infolving and musical? Something that would be exciting and easy to listen to (with about 45hz extension)? I was thinking something along the lines of Totem model 1 or Mani-2 but with a bit higher efficiency (I have 50w/ch of power to play with). I would also preffer something stand mounted and with a minimalistic cross over.
Thanks in advance,
Rafal

Need more info.
Are you looking for drivers to design your own 2-way, a kit or a pre-existing design to copy?
Here is a kit you can buy:

Thanks for the link. That looks like a nice design. To be more specific, I would like to build something based on DIY design. either by buying a whole kit or individual parts myself. Basically i'm thinking of a proven, extremely good sounding amd musical design. I would like the midrange to be spectacular and I'm not afraid of building odd shaped boxes (like curved panels).
hi Rafal
why don't you built Watt/Puppy...
start with Watt than add subb
there are many clones out there
old but successfull design
why does not your web page link work?

Thanks. I already have a sub then maybe I can just get away with a Watt clone.
Does anyone know if there are rescribed clones of Totem speakers?
Thanks for mentioning the link. I'll be fixed asap.
Hi,
I've built the Mezzo Proteus 2-way by Tony Gee and I'm very happy with the result.

There are several two-way designs on his well regarded site.
