Just look up the datasheet by Peerless for that driver by its model number (for example 830452). The datasheet has information about the dimensions.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
measures of these holes
nobody to give me complete this subwoofer measures the image?
what I need is to know more diameter of the holes through which the air!
help!!

I do not think the size of the holes is critical. They are just there to ensure that the bracing does not stop the air flow too much. You just want enough holes to ensure good airflow without weakening the braces too much.

Vicash not indicate whether to put inside some type of absorbent fiber, such as glass wool .....

Yeah it doesn't matter what size you make the holes inside the bracing. Just make sure the holes are large enough to allow decent airflow, but not so large as to weaken the brace. Use what vikash did as a guide.
Usually speaking subs do not require glass wool, or similar, at least not for the same reason that normal loudspeakers do. The only reason why you would want to stuff is to increase the apparent volume of the enclosure. This is tricky with the vikash build as it has passive radiators. You must keep the area around the passive radiators clear. As the box is so small it would seem pointless to really add much, if any, in.
