Working on a receiver that needs 2N5320 in the driver circuit. Digikey has them, but, well, I'm placing an order with Mouser, who's currently out. Any suggestions for a sub?
If the collector voltage can reach 100, or even 80, 2n5550 or 2n5551.
If 70 v or lower try MPSA06 or MPS8099.
If it has a heatsink, you need a TO18 metal package. Newark had some 2n5682 last year, 140 v.
