Any1 have any experience with stereo-lab horns, specifically the 300hz model with TAD 4003 or really any experience. I'm also open to other recommendations regarding other horns, anything that out performs these horns?

They are one of the few (only?) manufacturer that will actually build a horn with the correct throat size for the TD4003 (39mm vs 38.1 for JBL 1.5" compression drivers).
In my experience they are easy to deal with and their products are great.

I've enjoyed the Stereolabs 250Hz horn and 1000hz horn, using 2-inch massive Selenium driver and smaller 1-inch driver.
I found the horns to be very good....and they compare favouably to Altec 511/811 and other horns.
I then moved onto Yuichi horns...and now enjoy Azura 340Hz.

He is not an expert because of that system, he is an expert because of his profession! He is a Professer Doctor for Technical Acoustics at the Technical University of Berlin! So be sure there is a lot of background!
