Just a quick note about how excellent the 3 for a dollar😉 Shuguang EL-34s sound in the SSE.

I put the SSE back in service today after several months exclusively with my KT-88 mono blocks. Previously, I had the GL KT-88s in the SSE and that was wonderful; I am pleasantly surprised by the decent control over the bass there is to go along with the expected sweet mid-range and treble of the Chinese tubes.
