Does anybody have spice models for the Toshiba 2SA1941 and 2SC5198 output transistors? I have searched everywhere on the net but can only find the datasheets.
I need those for a small amp project, more about that later....
I am also looking for models for 2SB772 and 2SD882 (KSB772/KSD882).

I managed to find a model for 2SC5198 but not for the complementary 2SA1941.
