Howdy, I'm dismantling a SI T-amp to put into a diy boom box, 2 drivers, and I had a quick question about the speaker cables that lead to the speaker clips. I noticed that there capacitors connecting each pair of cables at the clips, and my question is, if I want to forgo the clips and connect the cables directly to the drivers, do I still need the capacitors? and if so, where would I place them? I'm sorry if this is a simple question, and if I appear uneducated, it's because I am, this is my first step into circuitry and amp building. That being said, I would appreciate some help.
Thanks in advance,
Best regards-

No one has an opinion on this? Here's a website describing reboxing a t amp, Reboxing your T-Amp [English] , but the good fellow that put it together replaces the clips and keeps the caps, so it doesn't solve my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
