Has anyone used the audio and signal cables of home audio for caraudio yet?
Please be advised? Thanks everyone!

Yes, all the time.
I actually use standard quality studio grade interconnects as they are good quality, available in long lengths and cheaper than equivalent branded car audio rca interconnects.
For speaker wire i use ordinary 2.5mm^2 OFC for the front stage and 10mm^2 OFC for subwoofer lengths.

Signal interconnects: no problem.
Loudspeaker cable: make sure it's reasonably thick (to cope with high current) and flexible (to help with installing it in the car).

Most wire that's designated as OFC is finely stranded and uncoated. Where I live (high humidity), the wire will begin to corrode/oxidize relatively quickly. Tinned wire will last, nearly forever. It's often designated as 'marine' rated or similar.
I used to use oehlbach speaker cables, after 1 year of use when I checked oxidized wires. In northern Vietnam we have a very harsh climate. Is this the cause?
High humidity, salt air... contribute to it. If the wire is equally corroded along it's length, it could be due to contamination during production.
Yes, it will work. But do take note of the insulation used. Car environment is alot worse than home (esp heat and humidity). It seems that you are in vietnam. the weather is not to different from my country singapore...hot and humid most of the time. Good news is that PVC (what most cable uses) will work fine.
As other said, look for something flexible and not too thick. Because space in car is limited and need to bend around.
Another thing perhaps is safety. Maybe need to look for insulation that has fire retardant. Just in case (we won't know).
