Source for 2SA1264/2SC3181 or Good Substitutes.

I have an older Harman Kardon receiver that uses the A1264/C3181 Toshibas for the output stage.

Does anyone know of a reliable source for these or are there any good substitutes available?

I see a lot on eBay from Asian sellers, but I'm not going to waste my time and money on them as most are probably fakes.

I don't buy from RS, but it looks as though Mouser here in the U.S. also has them.
