I have a 16k and Im wondering on the output mosfet what are the numbers they look like they been removed by a dremel or something are these mosfet 4004? Please help me locate what they are.

These chips are also called ultrafets, not standard hexfets, mosfets.
If these are the ultrafets and you want to use high power n channels to switch out, make sure gate resistors are matched accordingly.
