Pull Q801. Does it still go into protect mode?
Be careful. Be prepared for excessive current draw.

Reinstall it and pull Q114 and Q214 (one at a time) to see which one is causing the amp to shut down.
Is Q114 leaking/shorted?
If you install the transistor that in the location Q214 in place of Q114, does the amp go into protect mode again?

Check for emitter resistors that are out of tolerance and broken solder connections on the emitter resistors.
What is the DC voltage with the black probe on the source of Q109 and the red probe on the source of Q108?
Solder the collector of Q114 to the board but leave the base and emitter unsoldered and not touching the board. Power up the amp and after it's up and playing, push Q114 down so that the base and emitter make contact. Does the amp go into protect mode?
Now with Q114 removed amp still doesnt power up so i removed Q214 amps is still in protection..
Only way i can get it out of protection now is if i lift Q801
