Hi everyone , does any Sony VFET amps expert know of a sub for pair of miniature VFET 2SK79 or 2SK 63 found in Sony TA 5650 and TA 4650 VFET amps it very hard to find these. Also what is the correct source and gate voltages that the VFETs 2SK60 and 2SJ18 should see before safely installing them . Also Can the 68 ohm/5w resistors each for +- 44 VDC power supply voltage to source of VFETs be left in place permanently safely to protect the against abnormal high current through VFETs in event of a fault In the power amp or power supply . Your advice will be much appreciated !
