Sony TA-F707ES ( Sony TA-F333ESJ ) - replacement of original transistors

Hello . I need help with my project , I need some advice .
Can I replace Toshiba's 2SK2013/2SJ313 with Vishay IRFI(9)640/640 or IRFI(9)630/630 ?

I have successfully replaced Toshiba 2SJ200/2SK1529 with Vishay irfp240/(9)240. It works ok.

In both cases, the data sheets show a gate threshold of about 2.5V for the Toshibas, which implies they are lateral MOSFETs. The IRF parts are not laterals and have a gate threshold of around 4V. That means if you replace the Toshiba outputs with IRF parts, you will get cross-over distortion.

For the 1Amp parts, used elsewhere in the circuit, the higher gate threshold may cause distortion or DC offset if they work at all, depending on exactly what part of the circuit they are used for.

In the case of the outputs, non-lateral MOSFETs do not have the positive temperature coefficient of lateral MOSFETs and therefore may suffer thermal runaway. However, if they are grossly under biased, then that is unlikely.
