Enclosure is 4 ft3 and constructed out of MDF. It's going to house a powerful 12" and I want the inside to be insanely smooth, sealed, and hard.
Would fiberglassing the inside be the best choice? Or even just resin?
Any other options are welcome. How do you guys line the inside of your cabinets?

What's your strategy here? Most of use are lining the walls with rough material, foam, sand, fiberglass batten, shredded cardboard....
If you want to seal up the inside, use something that drys quickly; latex paint is good. Some have noted that sealing MDF on the inside is a good ploy to keep the moisture out.
(is this a sub woofer build? might want to post on that page)
