Howdy All Well I have the best quality silicone insulated wire available it would seem so everyone will be getting a good deal here !
Wire prices have went down and mine is no different so come and get it as it's the very best you can buy it's 26 gauge wire it
has 64 strands of 44 gauge wire with a silicone insulation which will not melt back under the heat of your soldering iron.
Don't be taken in by inferior silicone wire with thin insulation it cost less for a reason.
Can you say mini welding cable cuz that is just what it's like very flexible and great current carrying capacity.
This really is the best size for this work any thing larger is a bit too big as it is not as flexible. this wire has no problems carrying 5-6 amps all day long and we all know that is way more than is needed in our use 😉
My wire comes in 9 colors so you can have a choice and is sold in 20 foot hanks for $5.00 that is .25 per foot the best deal going for this superior quality wire !

Sorry but at this low price I must collect PP fees and shipping which is usually only a few dollars per package, if you order a large qty of wire that will only increase a small amount.
And if you need heatshrink tubing I will sell it at $.50 per foot I have three sizes size #1 is 1.20mm-3/64" and is white in color
size #2 is 1.60mm-1/16" and is yellow in color. size #3 is 2.40mm-3/32" and is black in color. size #4 is white in color & 3.20mm-1/8".
The smallest is just the right size for one strand of this wire and the #2 size you can get two wires in and the #3 size you can get
3 wires in easily and 4 if you push a bit and the #4 size you can get 6 wires in.
Four sizes of heatshrink.

Howdy All theirs a new flux in town
I have new solder flux for your soldering needs this is a new type not offered before by me.
it is a "TF" type of flux and dose not require cleaning from the circuit board as it is non corrosive.
I like to clean it when I have used a lot and have a build up, it cleans up easily with common alcohol and a wipe or Q-tip.
If you want to improve your solder joints and make the best ones you can I suggest you try this flux, I do use it on every joint I make 😉
1ml may not sound like much but it goes a long way, it's good flux 😎
if you solder every day you will want the 3ml size.
a 1ml syringe is $3.50 and a 3ml syringe is $9.00 comes with one appropriate size of applicator needle.
All my flux is high quality American made, not the cheap imitation Chinese stuff.
I have extra applicator needles in several sizes for $.50 each large to extra small.
White=17gauge
Brown=19gauge
Yellow=20gauge
Black=22gauge
Blue=23gauge
And for helping to tin the soldering iron tip I have available blocks of pine rosin at $5.00 per block, I have used one block now for several years and expect it to last several more.
You can if you like melt it in alcohol and make a very good solder flux, but you will want to clean the board well with alcohol after your finished soldering if you use this method.
It dose work pretty good on stubborn solder joints that are dirty and can't be cleaned well before soldering.

Nope we crush up the silicon in a coffee grinder and a pepper mill and put it in an oven @ 350 deg and then pull the wire through it till it's covered all over 
then we paint it with some left over house paint, it's the best 😛 try it you'll like it

flaminpyro has some good stuff. 🙂 I've been trying to find some good 26AWG, high strand count, silicone wire for quite a while. I ordered some from an eBay vendor but the insulation was useless. Pulled right back with soldering iron heat, which bad/thin silicone wire will do. The Turnigy silicone wire that is all over the place for RC model work only seems to go down to 24AWG.
After some Google searching I saw a reference to flamingpyro over on Laser Pointer Forums and bought some of his wire and flux. Flexible as a noodle! I've been impressed enough to just order some more colors and suggested he make a post over here. 26awg is great for twisted pair RCA or TRS input cables from external jacks to PC boards, low current stuff. Solid 26AWG would have a free air ampacity of around 2.2A, but high strand count like this would probably be higher:

In the photos below I held the 620 degrees F tip of the soldering iron on the stripped end of flaminpyro's wire for 10 seconds. No pullback of the insulation at all! 😀
Those wire strippers are highly recommended for this kind of small gauge wire work too. They are Klein 11057 that go from 22AWG stranded to 32AWG stranded on one side. Marked 20-30AWG solid on the other.
