shoulder washer

I am looking for a shoulder washer to Isolate my input RCA connectors from my 1/8 inch to plate. 1/4 inch id. I believe Looking for something that does't drawf the jack.

Switchcraft makes them to go with their jacks. Mouser sells them separately.
