The change in xover (moving that resistor around in the hipass) is not a good idea.
The other question about polarity is unanswerable unless we have frequency response and imdepance data, with accurate phase data too, and xover component values.

To answer your question about tweeter polarity, try it both ways and the way that sounds better to you is the way you should have it.
