I am contemplating buying the Shengya CD player CD-16.
But I don't find any feedback from a user...
Does anybody has one and is ready to give his impressions?

Looking at the product description, I can't say I would recommend it, especially for what seems to me a seriously inflated retail price, Even ignoring how horribly unreliable I personally consider those Philips cdm12/vam12xx mechs, the PCM1792 is a bit of a lightweight in tonal richness compared to better Burr-Brown 24bit dacs, and the output stage description sounds totally mundane. I very much doubt it would sound much better than a totally stock Pioneer DV-45A, and probably not as good as a DV-79AVI, both vastly cheaper & exceptionally reliable.
Just my opinions, though they are based on decades of professional experience in high end audio service/upgrading.
