Setting for AK4490 in parallel(hardware) mode

I'm designing a ak4490 board that work in parallel (hardware) mode and there are something i need helps:
Pin 2 PDN in datasheet:

Power-Down Mode Pin
When at “L”, the AK4490 is in power-down mode and is held in
reset.The AK4490 must always be reset upon power-up.

does that mean i need to make this pin Low (reset) when start then High?

Yes. Note that click noise is generated on the output when entering or exiting reset mode.

I saw that part in the datasheet now. Do you think a simple rc delay will work here?

In most cases that will be sufficient.
