Small Power Diodes/Schottky 4 Amps and under are $1 each
(Take all 18 for $10)

Large Power Diodes/Schottky >5Amps are $1.50 (Take all 20 for $20)

Regulators are $1 each (Take all 26 for $15)

MosFets are $0.75 each (Take all 20 Mosfets for $10)

Transistors (TO92) are 0.50 cents each (Take all 30 for $5)

MJL Devices are $2 each (Take all 40 for $60)

If you want the whole lot then it would be $100 + shipping

Note : I am waiting for the MJL devices to arrive as I only ordered them last week.

Of course all parts are new.

I do have a bunch slightly used MSR1560 where the leads are bent to fit into standard DO-41 (1N4004 for example mounting on board). I will sell those for $0.50 each.

I also have some used Sanyo OSCON available for $0.50 each as well. Most ly like 4.7uF 25V range to 22uF 25V or so.
