Hi all,
I'm currently designing a half bridge switch mode power supply, but im not sure the type of ETD transformer that would suit my project,
here is the spec of my power supply that i suppose to design:
Topology : half bridge
Switching frequency : 100 Khz
Output power 300 W
Input primary voltage +/- 240*sqrt (2) / 2 V
secondary voltage +/-55 V
can anyone help me what is the power that i can get from ETD cores such as ETD 34 to ETD 44, which suits my spec.
Thank You

for 300W at 100khz an ETD34 core, 3C90 or N67 material is ok.ETD44 core is for 600-1000w output power.
I must admit that I wouldn't try to push 300W through an ETD34, but I tend to be cautious. I would use a 44 myself in N87 or equivalent.
