sanyo D313D

Can anyone suggest replacement for sanyo D313D?
I need something similar to replace in old Realistic receiver. The receiver is not mine, a friend brought it. He likes it a lot. For nice blue display. I have not found much in this forum, just on Audiokarma link to 2SD313.
