I have some Sanken SI-1050GE lying around and after was thinking I might kill some time.
Im thinking bootstrap or try to bridge them.

I dont have any V-FETS so building an exotic is not happeningl. But I do have some TO3 RETs from Fujitsu. Would that work? If not I have some Hitachi Laterals.
This looks interesting but I cant fint any Info. Just the picture.
