Good day folks.
I'm going to be building some Bruce Edgar tractrix midrange horns and although I believe they would mate well with my existing left and right channels, the itch to build speakers is difficult to scratch without creating sawdust.
So, I initially started with just a tractrix design for my PRV 10W650A's but wanted a little bit more low-end out of them to better blend with my subwoofers.
The screenshots are the combined tractrix front with bass reflex enclosure. The frequency is somewhat arbitrary; I mainly to get my ideas on Hornresp and work from there.
I would appreciate any feedback. I can't measure anything (for now) but if I could, I would have probably already made a test enclosure by now.
Bass Refelx=Grey
Horn=Black
Combined output
Currently, they are in some large BR enclosures. Crossed over at 1700ish to the highs which are also PRV 1" compression drivers and some Partsexpress buyout horns ($8.50!).

At a glance the sim looks fine, though your picture doesn't show speakers hard in corners, so best overall to sim in 2pi and have too much low end to EQ down than EQ up.
Yeah. I noticed that after I posted. I didn't mean to use .5 in Hornresp but the low end response looked okay.
One of these days, I'll cave in and get a microphone and start actual measurements.
Thanks.
